Mineral insulated tubular elements are manufactured in various diameters and sheath materials fully annealed and readily bent to suit the desired configuration. These elements can be configured in single element units or as heater assemblies to suit the specific application requirements.
Element sheath material is typically Stainless 321 or Incoloy 800 and can be provided in 6.5mm, 8.00mm or 11.2mm external diameter. Although a standard range of these elements and heater assemblies are available, custom elements and heaters can also be specially manufactured.
The mineral insulated tubular element is suitable for a wide range of heating processes; however, the element density rating is critical to application. Our technical team will gladly assist with application suitability for any one of our standard or specially manufactured elements and heaters.
